As i could see using our tools, you own the title of hoenn champion, if you would like to go back to hoenn just go to the sailor in Vermilion City, or in Olivine City.

After talk him he will ask you where to go, and if you select Lilycove City you will get back to Hoenn Region.

I hope that have clarified your doubts about how to get back to the region of hoenn.
