98055 Try to detect and decrease time of these noob player

I do somewhat agree with Utsu, but also with the plan I said before, it would be whichever is best to tackle it, by either lowering turn timers in general (I'm not being funny, as a professional battler for several years, it does NOT take 2 minutes to take a turn, most of the time, you have several moves planned in advance.) or lowering if they abuse it too much. Both are effective, but it would be down to staff to see which would be a better idea.
