So as of today, I have been having chat problems where I cannot pm or even talk in the public chats. I do not know the reason as to why this is happening and would like some help figuring it out. Whenever I try to type in any chat it just comes up as question marks, such as: hello = ?????.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

 

As I have never heard of the issue, could you please screenshot it and show what message the system shows? Do you have any other device you can login on and check if you can talk?

Also, do you have any alternate account where you have the same issue?
