I am sorry for the inconvenience.

In the screenshot you took, I can see that you are trying to pass the leadership to a initiate and a member, that is not possible. You need to promote them to a officer first, use /gpromote in chat to do that. Then try it again.

If it still didn't work can you take a screenshot of the menu you get once you rightclick on a officer?

I just tried an officer but it doesn't work for me to grill the guild leader.
