I have consulted with other staff members to see if we could recreate this issue. During all of our tests, Shaymin and Shaymin-Fly never lost it's held item during a Reroll or Nature Reroll process. We tested specifically with Choice Specs. We also tested if transforming Shaymin into Shyamin-Sky caused it to lose it's held item, but it never did. Unfortunately, without video evidence of your Choice Specs being lost, we cannot restore it.
