Hello Kayo, are you still having problems connecting to the game? On our tools it says that you are currently in game, if that's not you playing than that may be the reason why and there are things we can do to fix the issue.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
