I had a volcarona ev trained with my ot and I "bought" "leveling services" so i traded the poke and said person isnt avalable since then. I have no screenshots, becouse nobody tried to steal off me before. The player's name who did the scam was "Ismamstander". Is there any way to get my poke back, or is it lost forever?

Your pokemon wasn't stolen, Ismamstander still have it with him, however he wasn't seen online for some time now.

Your pokemon was returned to you, can you please confirm me this fact?

Being worried about the whereabouts of a pokemon isn't being irrational at all, don't worry.
