Can't Play with Mobile Data on Android Phone

Featured Replies

Hi, I recently came back to play this game and I notice that I get a " Can not connect to server " every time my phone switches to data.

It works well with Wi-Fi but since most of the time I'm on a Nonwifi area then is useless. My brother who owns a Oneplus 6T is also experiencing the same problem. We both are under the same Mobile network

I already tried the following

- Reinstalling the Game with the latest update

- Resetting Network Connections ( is an option on my device )

My mobile details are:

Samsung J700T

Android 7.1.1

Rooted

Network Company: T-Mobile

Plan: T-Mobile ONE

Data: Unlimited with a slow-cap when reaching more than 38 GB of usage. ( The cycle just stared so Is not a data cap)

I tried editing the APN settings but T-mobile doesn't let me edit their default APN

T-Mobile APN Settings : https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090

What I know is that the APN is not using a proxy.

is there a way to fix this or at least if someone owns a rooted phone to bypass this?

Thanks In Advance.

Same. I'm on a note 8 and T Mobile and cant log in without connecting to wifi. I think something on TMobile is blocking this but not sure...

Hello @Angelus604 ,

I apologize for the delayed response. I appreciate you providing so much information, it helps us narrow down the potential issues.

Unfortunately, some providers block PRO. You will have to contact your local provider, in this case T-Mobile, and ask why PRO is blocked. I have consulted with other members of staff who have handled similar cases and people have been able to by-pass this restriction by using a VPN on their phones or tablets. Some people went as far as changing providers, but I understand this is not a convenient option.

Please let me know if you have more questions or concerns regarding this issue.

For you as well, @sangwonn04 , I apologize for the delayed response and frustration this situation is causing. If your provider is blocking PRO, you will have to contact them to see why they are doing so. However, using VPN could allow you to bypass this issue.
