That is terrible! I am sorry you are experiencing this. This seems like a serious bug. I noticed you play primarily on Silver Server and are referencing the safari in Kanto. Are you able to replicate this bug with video evidence?

 

However, I suspect it was not a bug. Yesterday, PRO experienced some server crashes. PRO is still in Beta and while we do everything in our power to prevent it, servers do crash. We do not offer refunds for safari passes in these situations, but please understand these server crashes are not intentional and we do work very hard to prevent and correct server issues when they occur.
