Sorry for the inconvenience.

When you defeat the boss Thor for three times in a row, you will have the option to select syncable Pokemon or Shiny chance. if you select shiny chance you will have the double of possibilities of get a pokemon shiny in wild (shiny chance in wild 1/8192 shiny chance by boss reward 1/4096).

But this got added a new thing and you can get a random shiny Pokemon (with 100% of obtain it) but low tier and not syncable.
