My mobile version won't let me log on 90%

Of the time I thought it was my phone so I got a new one and it still has same issue. I'm not sure what the issue is but its let me log in once in the last couple weeks and I'm getting really frustrated i haven't seen anybody else having same issue so I thought I'd ask can anyone tell me what's going on

I apologize for the delayed response and the terrible experience you are having. Please help me pinpoint your issue.

• When you changed phones, did you also change your network provider?
  
• Are you able to log into the game when you are using your mobile data?
  
• Are you able to log into the game when you are NOT using your mobile data? For example, using WiFi instead of mobile data.

Hello, I had this problem too and after installing a vpn I can connect again ^^
