I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

After you interacted with Latias, did you go back home and interact with the TV ?

Once you do, you will get a notification pop up like below.

could you please check Granite Cave 1F2 again, if by chance you are still in Granite Cave 1F2 when you log in could you please leave and go back to Granite Cave 1F and renter 1F2 once you have.
