I would like to know how PRO pokemon compare to those same pokemon in the official pokemon game series stat wise. Are they the exact same? Nerfed and buffed to PROs staff liking? Completely different?

 

Same with move pool. How do they compare in general to the pokemon games?

The stats are the same as in the Gen 7 games afaik

There are no nerfes / buffs however some pokemon are banned from PvP battles.
