I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Could you please make your way through to the bell tower room to check if the legendary dogs are there, you can see below for an example.

If they are still there you will need to interact with them to make the legendary dogs flee, once you have done so you will be able to fight the 3 legendary dogs in their respective locations.

 

If by chance they are not there, could you please take a screenshot and show me here.
