As said in the title, I merged my account from 2017 to the Gold and Silver servers, It successfully merged but with a bug? I assume as I quite understood from the Discord, I kept my in-game curreny, My paid curreny, All my pokemons, but not the badges at all, I think I've lost all the progress? I completed all the regions if im not mistaken, thats why i quit the game then becasue i had nothing left to do, anyhow it was fun and still is i'm just lost becasue when I try to take pokemon out of the pokecenter it doesnt allow me? I also have my pokemon from when I left one of them lvl 100 Shiftry, I wonder if it's possible for me to recover all my progress So I dont have to go through all of this hard work again, Would be really happy if someone could help me.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I have checked our tools and can see you have merged the wrong account.

 

Your account has now been unmerged.

 

You will need to merge your account by logging in to the DASHBOARD.

When you arrive at the Dashboard you will be given an option to merge, Select the desired merge option which will be the BLUE server (as this is the server with the most amount of badges), once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!

 

I recommend reading the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE post for any question related to merging.

 

If you happen to get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password here PASSWORD RESET

ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9)
