Like many others have reported, I too received the error message from the cult npc and did not receive a mysterious ticket. Luckily, I took a screen cap of my final progress toward the goal, over 0.5%. For what it's worth, this was my first time participating in the WQ. Thank you for your time!

It seems the bug has been fixed. I have spoken with the mysterious cultist and got my ticket. Thank you very much for fixing this. WQ was fun!
