Missing Items [ Mounts & custom stuff ]

Dear staff,

I started playing PRO after being inactive for about 3-4months and saw that my mounts and other stuff is missing.

I dont know why they are missing, because i didnt played forlike 3-4months, as i said above.

 

Is there any way to get them back or something other?

I got them from the boxes earlier, if that is helpful.

 

I play on Gold and have about 28hours of gametime, didnt trade with others or pvp'd

Hi xthekirito, can you tell me what it is that you are missing? Which mounts and which other stuff?

 

Did you by chance have them on another account, I only ask because our tools show that you haven't logged in for 23 months on this account, not the 3-4 months like you said. Also the inventory variables doesn't show that you owned any mounts. Even if you do not currently have an item, if you have had it in the past it still shows up but for you it doesn't, so I would just like to rule out you thinking it was on this account but it was actually on another before we proceed.

Uhm.. - i dont have any other accounts, just this one - my friend ( Datniveau ) has also played with me this time and we both got mounts from the boxes.. i can guarentee that..

it was a simple mount like the Doduo or arcanine if i remember correctly..

 

and i am 100% i had these.. because i got them from the boxes from an event you had this time.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I've been busy IRL the last few days. Do you remember what event they were from?

Can't remember the Event name - but it what i know so far is, that there were boxes every hour? or something and sometimes boxes from Levelups ( Trainer ). From these boxes i got random stuff like clothing, mounts and other things

Hi dude, I've played PRO since Sept 2016 and in that time we have never had an event like that. Are you mixing up PRO with Pokeone? Pokeone was created by the creator of PRO and as such he reused a lot of items from PRO in pokeone including mounts and clothing. That box reward system you mentioned is a part of that game. You got them via level up and at regular time intervals. Also we do not have a trainer level up feature in PRO.

Could it have been a different pokemon mmo? Just asking because we've never had player level up or given boxes that give out mounts for player level up or at set time intervals. I've looked into your inventory variables as well and it's showing that you've never owned a mount either.
