EDIT: I did check on showdown to be sure of what I was going to say. Even if 31 Speed is alwais prefered, there is no very used mon with 70 base speed wich breloom need to outspeed. The ''sometimes'' used mons with 70 base Speed are not even played with a + Speed nature or with a Speed investment.
