There is something weird happened to me. I found my master ball (just got it yesterday from the journalist quest) and several normal pokeball lost. It is weird because my reroll ticket still in my bag (got it today from the journalist quest). Is it a bug or someone steals my account?

I think you are doing the "Heatran Quest"

 

When you start this quest ; you lose all your candies and balls and you take them back when your quest is done !

 

So don't panic about that !
