Please I need urgent help from a moderator and also an explanation of what has happened !!! I was in Cinnabar, between my pc, I took out a garbage raichu, I left my raichu op on the PC and I went to exchange it to a cinnabar laboratory. After exchanging it, I realize that the garbage raichu is still on my computer, then I will check the pc if the elekid is selected there, only to realize that my raichu op had disappeared and the elekid was nowhere. I humbly demand that my raichu be returned to me. Luckily I had scored before the statistics of this and please I need to be returned, it was my only epic pokemon, I hope you can read this as soon as possible, I'm very desperate. I just want my raichu back and fix the problem

Hi Neko. The NPC in cinnabar lab wants a Raichu for his Electrode, not an Elekid. I've checked on our tools and you did get an Electrode off him. It is in position 704 in your storage (around page 49). I can also see that your good Raichu was indeed taken by him.

 

When a pokemon is released from storage we can recover that, however when they are traded to an npc they are deleted by script (which is different from releasing the pokemon) and unfortunately we are unabled to recover those pokemon normally. I will speak to a member of management to see if we can do anything. I do not want you to get your hopes up as we may not be able to but I will check in case we can. I will let you know here as soon as I've spoken to someone and got an answer.

I had previously noted the status of the pokemon (when I captured it, a long time ago) I know that you will not give me an equal one but at least I have noted the ivs if you need them, that could help
