Server Crash while fighting Pewdie and Dipey

Hi,

 

Game/Server crashed for me like 15minutes ago and now i'll have to wait 12 days to fight Pewdie & Dipey again. Especially annoiyng since i had 2 1/2 Pokes left to beat. Anything you guys could do about that?

Ok, i did read that in the first place. Only talks about Rollbacks, nothing about crashing in the middle of the fight. Pro Wiki though is a little more specific and i at least would like to hear some sort of an answer please :)

 

"The boss rework was issued and is still ongoing to improve the boss NPC's in general. All reworked bosses are coded in Python and not in Xanascript anymore, which gives new opportunities. Reworked bosses can now have held items as well. One of the biggest benefits is, that the Python script sees when if the server crashed in order to not count a lose in case the player fought against the boss while the server crashed. In such a case, the player can simply re-fight the boss."

 

according to that i should be able to rechallenge them, which i simply cant :/

In fairness its badly written however it clearly states "you will not be given anything you lost in crash".

In this case you lost progress on a boss.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Note that if the game crashed due to server problems, you are able to battle the boss again with no cooldowns applied.

However, it seems like the game crashed due to your internet problems, we won't be able to help you on this case, since if we would refund you it would be unfair for all other players that experienced a loss of their progress due to an issue on their end and were not refunded.
