What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing downloaded it and it just does not work, it loads all the way to the,loading hats part and then crashes back to the desktop or w.e u call it on a phone lol...everytime.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have uninstalled reinstalled tried it on two other phones at my house.

Hello, can you give us the specs of your phone. Also check how much ram is used (found somewhere in the options on most phones), you need to have atleast 1,5 gb ram free.
