I've been working on make my team stronger and also help them to evolve.

 

For now I have two issues: Froakie and Happiny.

 

Froakie is level 26 and didn't evolve yet. He's not holding any item. I keep battling and battling and the message "Do you want to evolve your Pokémon"were never displayed in this case

 

Happiny is level 9 (I've been training her since level 6), made her to hold oval stone and trained to her during the day. Same problem: The evolution dialogue is not displayed.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like suggest you to let your pokemon gets defeat to decrease their happiness, after do that log out for a couple seconds and after that log on and try to evolve them again, with this done should works and they should evolve.
