I tried purchasing tm26 (earquake move) from the gym vendor 3x. It took my money but i did not receive said tm. This happened not once but 3x. Kindly fix the issue..

 

18k is not a lot of money but for a starting player like myself its hard to come by such resources..

 

I would have provided a screen shot but dont have enough money to try and buy another one.

on which account did that issue occur? The NPC should work as intended and has not been changed since.
