Hi iTorkell, first off I am sorry for the inconvenience a server crash caused you. With all Legendaries if you fail to catch them for whatever reason you can catch them again. You need to battle and beat Nikola boss, when you do that it will reset a legendary so that you can catch it again.

 

Information on Nikola boss can be found here. Nikola can be found in Unknown place which is in Trainer's valley, how to get there can be found here.
