Hi KamiDunHat, when changing your password did you just use letters and numbers a to z and 0 to 9 or did you use symbols @#= etc. as well? When resetting your password you can type in symbols but the client does not recognise them and will tell you that you have an incorrect password so all password must only be alphanumerical. If your password is without symbols can you please provide me with a bit more information. When did you change you password? When was the last time you were able to log on successfully? Have you tried using a different device to log on?
