Can you please try the following procedures in exact order and tell me if your problems have been solved?

 

1. Disable the anti-virus program temporarily

2. Delete all the past PRO clients and folders including the temporary files and the trashbin

3. Re-download the client from this link.

4. Try to run the game while having the anti-virus disabled
