evolution system bug

I was training Pokémon in love island, I denied the evolution of my pokemons several times and in a moment I stopped showing the evolution sign scared me and I changed pokemon and in none allowed me to evolve, after climbing 10 levels (approximately) it reappeared the evolution option

 

try closing the client and reopening it but that doesn't work

no, none of my Pokémon carries an everstone

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like suggest you to let your pokemon lose happiness getting defeat, after that log out for a couple seconds and try to evolve it again, with that done should works.
