The World Quest is an event what have to be completed in 24 Hours, what you have to do in this event is contribute to the cultist with the pokemon they want. Your contribution will depend in the IV's of the Pokemon you give. If you contribute with a 0,5% in the event you will get a Mysterious Ticket, with that mysterious ticket you can access to the mysterious island where can spawn a Legendary pokemon or mythical pokemon.
