I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

I recommend you these procedures in order to sketch baton pass with smeargle.

 

1. Teach smeargle false swipe, the moveset should have false swipe and at least one sketch

2. Go to route 33

3. Encounter an aipom

4. Keep using false swipe until the aipom uses baton pass

5. When the aipom uses baton pass, use the move sketch
