Sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like inform you that was not a bug, when you get tricked by a wild pokemon or you use trick vs a wild pokemon the item will pass to the wild pokemon and if you defeat it and not catch it you will lose the item. This was made to work like that for that we can not refound you the item lost, i hope you understand it but would be unfair for people who lost their items for the same procedure and they got say no to get the item back.
