I'd like to evolve Inkay but in other games you have to "upside down" your console.We can't do that here. So, what should we do?

flip your laptop/compterscreen upside down.

 

*it evolves at lvl 30 or 40 ish, dont actually do that ^*

    In PRO, inkay evolves at level 30.
