If you could provide me more insights about your Scyther such as OT, region etc it would be more easier for me to recover the pokemon if you ever had one. I have checked your trade logs and couldn't find any trade where you have traded any lvl 100 scyther to anyone, nor you accidentally released one. Perhaps, you might have evolved it at one point and couldn't remember?
