Ok, I was asked to report the problem here, I am trying to level up low level pokemons, and I was using false swipe, leaving the pokemons at 1 hp and then killing them, but on one ocasion that didn't work, I was using a level 15 ledyba in kanto victory road, and after false swiping a level 50 venomoth and golbat, both of them didnt die to the ledyba mach punch, the attack is not very effective, but I thought it allways round up to 1 damage at least, so I don't know if this is intended or a bug but the move is not doing damage.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

i would like inform you sometimes if the pokemon you're using deals a very low dmg to the wild pokemon that pokemon will not get dmg.

As you said, you were using a ledyba level 15, with match punch a move what have 40 of power + the low atk of ledyba and if the wild pokemon were a graveler that can mean in dont make any dmg since graveler have good defend and your ledyba deals litteraly no dmg.
