i leveled bellsprout to 96 without evolving. and used rare candy thinking it would evolve, but it didnt evolve at 99, so now i cant get victreebell. and wasted rare candy.. can this poke be evolved for me? i dont want to waste more resources because of a game bug.

Remember, you need to defeat the wild Pokemon and not run away. Do this a few times and maybe it'll work.

If nothing works, then you should level up till level 100 by fighting. If you think this will take time, wait for a staff member. But this should work

monkaS. killing stuff didnt work so ill have to level to 100 then. i didnt want to cause it would be annoying if it still doesnt evolve, but if that works i guess its no big deal. thanks senpai
