Nothing has changed, Vlad and Camelia have not appeared

And yes you seem to have mixed up George and Gorge?

But I have one more question to you when caught Darkrai but he fainted. Can he be restored for capture again ?

And also could write the tactics of his capture?

Hello,

 

if you fail to catch Darkrai and defeat him instead, he can't be restored unfortunately.

The best catching technique I could come up with is using a Master Ball.
