Hi MathMachine, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot do anything for you in this case. As stated in this thread and this thread we will not compensate anyone who loses something because of a crash or rollback.

 

 

When the servers crash it affects everyone who was on at the time and we cannot know what each individual person was battling, trying to catch or was rewarded with at the time the crash happened. With so many people potentially losing things it would be more work than the staff can manage to sift through and give back what they lost even if we were able to confirm what each person lost. So because we cannot confirm it and because it's too many people we do not restore anything lost due to a crash. I'm sorry, I know it's not what you want to hear but I hope you can understand the reasoning for it.

Please refrain from making such useless and antagonistic comments. We reply to as many topics as we can, this isn't a paid job for us, we do it in our spare time so sometimes we cannot reply to everyone when we're on. This is why people can bump their threads every 24 hours so that threads do not get burried and lost if none of us have time to reply.
