Before I entered Hallowen Event I had rare candies, proteins etc.. When you kill pokemons in Realm you get some rare candies and other medicine. After I finished quest of hallowen event I lost everything(candies, proteins..), even my progress before I entered quest...

I looked up your items before entering the Dark Realm in the logs.

The quantities of HP Up, Iron and Rare Candy were restored.

Quantities for other items in the logs don't differ from your current item quantities, so no other items could be restored unfortunately.
