If you used to play in the previous servers (Blue, Red and Yellow) you will have to merge your account.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Note that Red and Blue servers now merged as Silver server and Yellow server changed its name to Gold Server.

 

I've checked your account's database and found out you were playing mainly in Yellow server, so your main Server would be Gold.

 

Can you please log on Gold, and check if all your progress have been saved?

I have checked through the logs if you received any form of silver progress reset in the past, but there wasn't any form of reset in this account.

Hmm, I think you might be mistaken "Bielxyzz" account with another account.
