When I try to log in to the client

It says: can not connect to server

Why is this? Have I done anything wrong?

I don't see online people at the upper right either

Do this is like a region ban ? Like european region are allowed to play by now?

There is no such thing as a ban region, just keep trying server isn't down it can take a little of time to get in
