Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can not de-evolve pokemons, but fortunately predicting this type of issues we made a npc to recover moves from his pre-evolutions.

This NPC is in the Daycare of kanto in the Route 5, you just need to pass through the door behind the old man and the old woman, there you will find the npc to learn spore to your Breloom.
