Ok, so I have been trying to log into the pro client and i just get told "invalid username or password" also, it is worth noting that the same username and password work when logging onto the website. i have gone as far as to reset my password, and redownloaded the client. help?

Could you please try and reset your password from here. Try reseting the Password to an Alphanumeric one. One which contains only numbers and letters. Good luck. Hope this works.

Yes, it turns out the password i was originally using was to complex for the system and thus was the problem. it is silly to me that passwords can only be this way, but it is what it is.
