Where can i get Wynaut?

i went to every route in all reions and i cant find a single place where i can catch or get a wynaut. It doenst matter where i have to go I can probably go there in no time. I appreciate any kind of help.

Wynaut's can be found in several places in the game. Some of the following places can be seen in the spoiler below
