Pokemon won't evolve

While leveling my shiny Sentret it happened a few times that it stopped trying to evolve but it usually fixed itself after a relog and a heal in the Pc.

Now since level 97 I wanted to evolve it and it did not try to evolve, it is lvl 99 now and i don't know whether the evolution request will happen after the last level I have available.

If possible could someone look into this because I really don't want to take the gamble of my last level and get stuck on a lvl 100 Sentret.

I attached a screenshot of said Pokemon in case it helps. Please help me so I can evolve my Pokemon :/

Hello @Zumeanie

Could you please try making your sentret faint so it does not have maxium happiness? Even if it does not still try making it faint. Once this is done restart your client, heal up at a pokemon centre and try and levelling it up either by wild battle or the use of a rare candy.

Fear not even if it does not evolve this time round you can always request for a delevel.

I hope this can be useful, Good luck.
