I don't know if I mistakenly throw it to a trash bin, but I'm sure im not do that because why would I do that =,= I also attach a screenshot that shows the mount still in my shortcut number but not in my bag. please help. Hi Nagisara, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused. I've looked into your account and our tools are showing that you have the H rapidash mount in your inventory. I can see from your screenshot that it is not showing up. Can you completely close the game and restart it and check again please in case it is just a visual bug. Can you also check all your pokemon to ensure that none of them are holding the mount.
