I tried to battle urahara for the first time when i click the difficulty suddenly no battle appears then i talk to him again and it say its cooldown.

I guess is it a bug?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can not reset the cooldown of the boss Urahara because would be unfair for those users who got said no when they got a disconnection of the server or the server crashed. i hope you understand it.
