Hello pro team. I encountered a pretty bad bug.. After i caught Darkrai i cointinued my hallo hunt... I saw on chat one day that there is a free reroll outside Alucard castle and went there to do it on my sad excuse of a pokemon Darkrai... The pne NPC there changed my appearance of darkrai but the other (the one for the reroll i guess) says i have done all i can for you... How can this be since i never talked to them before? Could you pls look into it? Cause my darkrai really needs that reroll.. Thank you in advance for your time.

it looks like you left the Dark Realm once and then reentered after defeating Horon.

You won't receive a halloween reroll ticket if you once forfeited the Dark Realm.

Horons purpose is to reset the Dark Realm/Darkrai such that you are able to catch Darkrai.
