Did i just lose my shot in getting darkrai or is there anything mods can do about that ? All those who lost their chance at Darkrai, can fight "Horon, Thief Of Souls", a miniboss in Dark Valley, which is to the North of Necropolis. Note that you have to defeat him without any of your Pokemon fainting. That will reset the quest for you. He'll also enable you to get a Halloween Rapidash Mount.
