Sorry for the inconvenience.

Each time you defeat the Entei you have a 16,6% of chances to entei appear in the cave of the Guardian.

if it didnt spawn after fight him 3 times you can select as third reward the option of spawn entei, it will spawn in the right corner of the cave, i would like suggest you go back to the cave and have a look to confirm it.
