What have you done before the problem was there?

I choose Pikachu as my starter, then I trained him to lv. 74 and teach him Surf after defeating the guy under Fuschia City.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Looking on forums, asking in "Help" in-game chatroom, waiting more than a week to re-learn the move.

Description and Message

My problem is that I trained another Pikachu with better basic stats, and after looking on forums I saw that we had to wait a week before the Pikachu-surf teacher could relearn us the move. But now it's been two week since I learn Surf to my first Pikachu and the NPC still telling me that I still have to wait to teach me Surf a second time. Help me please :'( !

Thank you in advance

The cooldown to teach Pikachu surf at the NPC is 3 weeks.
